Private by architecture.

There is no Nestdose server. Everything lives in your iCloud private database. Family sharing uses Apple's CKShare — direct device to device. Medication names never go to analytics. No third-party trackers see what you take.

What Nestdose does not do.

Nestdose is a reminder and record-keeper. It does not recommend doses, suggest schedules, check drug interactions, or offer any kind of medical advice. Those decisions belong to the people you've already chosen to trust: your prescriber and your pharmacist.
