Reminders aren't firing

Reminders depend on three iOS settings. If any one is off, you'll miss doses:

If all three are correct and reminders still aren't firing, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.

I missed a dose and the Watch didn't buzz

On the Watch, open Nestdose at least once after installing to let it register for background delivery. After that, your Watch mirrors the phone's schedule — if a reminder fires on the phone and the Watch is on your wrist, you'll feel it.

Family can't see my schedule

I bought the Family plan but it isn't active

From inside Nestdose, open the paywall again and tap Restore. iOS re-queries StoreKit and reactivates your purchase.

If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to buy it. Settings → App Store → Apple Account should match.

How to delete all my Nestdose data

Because Nestdose has no server and your data lives in your own iCloud:

After those two steps every medication, dose, schedule, visit note, and shared circle is gone. There is nothing on our side to delete separately — we never had a copy.

Cancel my subscription

Open Nestdose → Settings → Connections → Plan. If you have an active Family plan, tapping Plan opens Apple's Manage Subscriptions sheet where you can cancel. Alternatively, Settings (iOS) → [your name] → Subscriptions → Nestdose Family → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

Refund request

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Nestdose transaction, and request a refund directly. Apple decides.

Can Nestdose check for drug interactions / allergies / dosing errors?

No. Nestdose is a reminder and record-keeper. It does not provide medical guidance of any kind. Those decisions belong to your prescriber and pharmacist.
